| |Hamiltons Fitness Centre has been in Colchester in Essex, UK since 1990. We consider ourselves to be a 'real' training gym. That is a gym where you will, with our help and encouragement, get to your goals within a reasonable time. Our gym is made up of a full size cardio gym, where you can spend as long as you need on the equipment, without being asked to make way for a queue of people waiting; a resistance machine gym with over 30 different pieces of equipment; an aerobic studio with 20 classes each week (all included in your membership) and a full size free-weights gym with over 1000kg of weights along with all the equipment and ideas that you will need to use it effectively.

| When you first start exercising we will help you to define your goals and then construct a programme that will get you to where you want to be. But it's not all hard work. We have a comfortable modern cardio cafe, where we serve snacks and members can take time to relax and chat.
