'''Read the information about Hamiltons Fitness Centre from their website''' http://www.hamiltonsfitness.co.uk/
'''and answer the questions.'''
{| border="1"
|Hamiltons Fitness Centre has been in Colchester in Essex, UK since 1990. We consider ourselves to be a 'real' training gym. That is a gym where you will, with our help and encouragement, get to your goals within a reasonable time. Our gym is made up of a full size cardio gym, where you can spend as long as you need on the equipment, without being asked to make way for a queue of people waiting; a resistance machine gym with over 30 different pieces of equipment; an aerobic studio with 20 classes each week (all included in your membership) and a full size free-weights gym with over 1000kg of weights along with all the equipment and ideas that you will need to use it effectively.
When you first start exercising we will help you to define your goals and then construct a programme that will get you to where you want to be. But it's not all hard work. We have a comfortable modern cardio cafe, where we serve snacks and members can take time to relax and chat.
