You can prepare for an important party in one week

It is very boring
Short term side effects can include headaches, weakness and problems with concentration
Weight loss is only temporary (you lose mainly water and burn very little fat)
The diet is low on vitamins and minerals
Flatulence (gas) can be a side effect
